Speech Therapist Stephanie continually spoke to him (Dad) with that wonderful upbeat personality she has while she fed him and for the first time in a long time, he ate almost everything. She made some suggestions to help him further concerning straws and a special cup. I know it is her job but she did it with a smile on her face and love and joy in her heart.

Oh Thanksgiving. 12 members of (Sundale resident) Thearle’s family visited. Though we neglected to notify the staff earlier, we wanted to take Dad out to dinner. The nursing assistant immediately upon our request, assisted Dad to wash up a bit and change clothing. I do know how disruptive that can be to the N.A.s schedule, but everything was done graciously. Dad is certainly looking good. Nursing care at all levels is apparent. Thank you again!

I know I make many requests of (Sundale R.N.) Tammy all the time on the phone and in person for test results, dad’s current condition and vitals . . . but Tammy and the others have done a fabulous job each time of never making me feel like I am a burden . . . My praise for Tammy could go on and on.

Myla and I want to thank you for the wonderful care you provided to my mother during her 4-1/2 year stay at Sundale. We made it a point to drop in on her at varying hours of the day and night and never once found her receiving anything but the most caring attention.
