Monongalia Home Corporation d/b/a Sundale Nursing Home is Monongalia County’s only not-for-profit long term care facility and is designated as a 501(c)3 charitable organization by the Internal Revenue Service. contributions to Sundale may be claimed on federal income taxes as a deduction from income when determining an individual’s Adjusted Gross Income.

Memorial Gifts To Sundale
After receiving compassionate, quality care from Sundale, many of our families have chosen to honor their loved one’s passing with a memorial gift. If you would like to memorialize your loved one in this way, simply include the following sentence in their obituary, "Memorials may be made to Sundale."

Memorial donations can be made by check, payable to Sundale, and mailed or delivered to: Sundale, 800 J.D. Anderson Drive, Morgantown, WV 26505
If you prefer, you may ask the funeral director to provide Sundale donation cards at the funeral services.
